  gave the best performance yet, but only gaining 2 mph.  
  Can anyone give any advice for better performance?

           Super Mag "I have owned many boats but non compares to the ride  
  and handling of this one. The motor is warmed up a little  
  bit and some mods to the pad surface. Top speed was with  
  a sportmaster lower unit, 28 Chopper, lite boat and a lil   
  chop on the water on a cool day. I have foot trim, a killer  
  sound system, hydraulic steering, a TM lower unit for  
  fishing, aluminum tandem trailer with brakes and a wife that  
  understands where all my money goes. Fully loaded it will   
  run 78 mph all day long. I like to go fast but I'll sacrifice  
  some speed for the ride and handling of this boat."

  that I have ever owned. The speed, fishability and roominess  
  is great.  This is my first Bumble Bee and I am totally  
  satisfied. The padded front deck is a dream and big enough  
  for 2 people to fish very comfortable.  It handles great at   
  high speeds and the cornering and comfort is amazing. I do  
  have 2 complaints: 1. The Bumble Bee website SUCKS.   
  I do not know who is in charge of their site but they are   
  really doing a crappy job. And 2, Do not even THINK   
  about calling the factory for any information, forget about it.  
  Plan on being put on hold for a very long time, if they even  
  remember you're still on the line."

  time tweakin this thing for handling and speed....trying to find  
  the "sweet spot". I have had a few boats before, but none  
  compare to the handling of this boat.  It's almost dangerous  
  because I'm toolin along at a comfortable speed and   
  passing other boats like they're stopped!  I just don't get   
  the bounce I use to have with a 18 foot boat.  Bigger is  
  better!! The only thing I am having problems with is fishing  
  docks.  I love flipping and pitchin jigs and tubes in tight  
  quarters.  The 21 foot boat has a lot to be desired when it  
  comes to working tight spots when the wind is blowing.
